Set your artwork up with confidence

For a standard 85 × 54 mm card, add 3 mm bleed on every edge and keep text safely inside the trim. Use the diagram below while preparing both the front and back.

Firstly, this is a rigid material made from waste toys among other things . Not only there are no adverse effects to the physical properties of the card, but also the performance is the same as normal plastic cards.

Therefore it means that after you have finished with your cards they can be recycled in addition, you can help old PVC not be sent to landfill recycling them.

Secondly, we send our in-house production waste to a company that make it into underground pipes, in case you’re interested.
